They say necessity is the mother of invention. This tool wasn't built for a client initially; it was built for survival.
Managing a business is hard enough. Add in perimenopausal brain fog, ADHD, and the chaos of "20 plates spinning" at once, and a simple business trip can become a logistical nightmare.
Standard calendars didn't cut it. I didn't want 10 different notebooks. I needed one single source of truth that could handle:
- Complex Itineraries: multi-leg flights, hotels, and meetings.
- Home Handovers: Where are the kids? What do they need? (Don't call mum, she's flying!)
- Mental Load: Packing lists, expense tracking, and medication reminders.
The version below was my own planner, reused for business use and anonymised for confidentiality reasons, but the core logic remains: Total Control in One View.
